Here at Kids Pointe, we understand your concerns about privacy and safety on the World Wide Web. The following paragraphs explain our Privacy Policy. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this information. We collect page information that tells us what pages consumers access or visit. This information is completely anonymous and is used solely for internal review and to improve the content of our web site. We collect information such as name, e-mail address, and regular mail address only when the consumer volunteers it. We build listservs (mailing lists) using this information on a completely voluntary, non-obligatory and free basis that enable us to notify consumers of news on our web site. Unless we specifically indicate otherwise, these lists and any other personally identifiable information voluntarily given will be used solely by Kids Pointe and its employees for internal purposes and will NEVER be published, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.

Internet Cookies

We use temporary files that may be installed on your computer called cookies. They are only used to keep track of which shopping cart belongs to which customer as you progress through our online store. We NEVER install cookies from a third party company and only use it to track shopping carts.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

Shopping at Kids Pointe with your credit card is completely safe and secure. We guarantee that every purchase you make will be protected using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL)
In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card, Kids Pointe will cover the liability to your card, up to $50- the maximum amount your bank can hold you liable for unauthorized charges. You must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Special Order Policy

At Kids Pointe, all of our bedding, bedding accessories and furnishings are specially ordered for you directly from the manufacturer and delivered straight to our door, usually within 8 weeks. We charge your credit card when we place your order with the manufacturer. If you need to return or cancel your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department.

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges (see return policy below). This fee may be waived if the order is canceled prior to being ordered with the manufacturer. For closeout and personalized products, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed. Wall Border and Fabric orders are nonreturnable and may not be canceled.

Shipping Policy

Kids Pointe can ship orders to all states except Hawaii and Alaska. Products are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer and usually delivered within 8 weeks. Please read our Special Order Policy for more information.
Oversized items may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations. Oversized items may also require additional freight charges which you will be notified of before your credit card is processed, so that you may cancel your order before processing. Furniture items are not available for delivery outside a 100 mile radius of the store.

Shipping Rates for Gift Certificates

Shipping for gift certificates is free. Purchases paid for with gift certificates will incur shipping rates as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates Within the 48 Continental United States

Oversized items may require additional freight charges. You will be notified by e-mail of this additional charge and be given the option to accept the shipping charge specified or cancel your order.

Refusal of Delivery

At Kids Pointe, we are committed to keeping shipping costs down and ensuring you continue to receive the lowest prices on quality products. For this reason, we must charge additional shipping costs for orders refused on delivery. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Kids Pointe and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order less 25% restocking charge and less the shipping cost, to the credit card. Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Kids Pointe charges an additional cost for orders returned to us or rerouted due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Kids Pointe or getting rerouted to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order less 25% restocking charge and less the shipping costs, to the credit card. Missing Packages

When your order is shipped, we notify you via e-mail which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination. You can use the tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates.
if your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid e-mail address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? Its easy with Kids Pointe just contact us by e-mail at sales@justforkidsfurnituresales.com
If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, your purchased items will be sent to you. Orders canceled after they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy

Kids Pointe is committed to providing our customers with quality products at affordable prices. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our wide selection of products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 30 days of delivery date and we will gladly replace the items or refund your money less 25% restocking charge plus shipping and handling.
Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase or a store credit will be issued. Credits will be applied as follows:
1) All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt with a valid RMA# may be returned within 30 days or receipt for a credit of 75% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and any coupons, if if applicable.
2) Opened, unused merchandise accompanied by the original packaging and valid RMA# may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit of 75% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges and any coupons, if applicable.

Please Note:
Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) will be accepted for returns.
You will be responsible for returned items being returned in good condition.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. All returned items must have a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Items that are dirty, washed, or used will not be accepted for refunds. Fabric and Wallpaper border are nonreturnable. Shipping Costs are nonrefundable.

How to Make a Return

Before you can return items to Kids Pointe, you will need a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact our Customer Service Department

Customer service rep will require the following information:

1) Order Number
2) Product Name and SKU
3) Reason for return
4) Specify whether you want to return for replacement, exchange or refund.

When you receive the RMA# write the number and reason for the return on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in the return package, and send the package to:

Kids Pointe recommends that you use UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the record to appear on your credit card statement.

Kids Pointe customer service reserves the right to refuse or deny any return upon final review if all previous guidelines have not been met.

Damaged or Defective Items

We make every effort to inspect and pack items so they will arrive at your door safely, but despite our best efforts damage sometimes does occur.

If you receive a box that is damaged and it is obvious the product inside is also damaged, please DO NOT accept delivery. Have the delivery service note the damage and have them return the package to us. At that point notify our customer service at 1-800-432-2020 for a free replacement of the item.

We realize that not all damage is obvious when you receive the package from the delivery service. Please inspect your purchase within 24 hours of receipt and report any damage to our customer service at 1-800-432-2020. In most cases we can file a claim on the behalf of our customer and we will work quickly to resolve the problem. Please be aware that replacements and/or refunds can be hindered or denied if the customer fails to notify customer service of defective or damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive wrong items or are missing items, we will replace the items at no cost to you. Just contact us by email at sales@justforkidsfurnituresales.com and provide our rep with the order number, product name, and SKU of the items you wish to replace.

Payment Methods We Accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Kids Pointe gift certificates.
When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the internet. Rest assured that your credit card information is safeguarded with our Safe Shipping Guarantee. We secure all payment transactions using the latest encryption technoloy (Secure Socket Layer or SSL). Please read our Safe Shopping Guarantee for more information.

Sales Tax Policy

Kids Pointe is required to collect a 6% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of Pennsylvania. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, including shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax if items are sold and shipped in Pennsylvania.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Kids Pointe sells gift certificates for any amount. Please contact our Customer Service Department

We will mail your gift certificate, which may include a personalized gift message, to the recipient within 48 hours of your purchase.

Our online registry is provided as is. While best efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy f this information, you should not rely on this information in situations where its inaccuracy would cause you to suffer any significant loss. Kids Pointe and Comsouth Inc. make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the accuracy, completeness or suitability of this information. While every effort is made to backup your registry information, Kids Pointe and Comsouth Inc. cannot be responsible for loss of data or other information stored electronically or otherwise. You may wish to printout a copy of your registry form the web page after you have finished entering your information.

Pricing Errors

As careful as we try to be, to always put the correct prices on our website, occasionally errors will occur. Kids Pointe reserves the right to refuse to sell an item that was incorrectly priced on our website.
